Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Our chefs are very accommodating with dietary requirements. We can easily cater for gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan and vegetarian diets. Please let us know in advance about any dietary requirements or allergies, especially if they're uncommon or life-threatening.
Do groups need to order a set menu?
We ask that groups of 8 or more dine on one of our set menus. We often recommend this for groups of any size, as it's a great way to try a variety of our favourite dishes, and it lets you sit back, relax and enjoy your catch-up. When dining on a set menu, the whole table must take part.
Why do you need my credit card details?
You'll be asked for credit card details to secure your booking. They're entered into a secure platform and held until 48 hours after your booking. Your details can't be accessed, and are only used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Please let us know about any changes to your booking with plenty of notice to avoid unnecessary charges. The card details stored with your booking can't be used to pay your bill.
Is there a service charge?
A 7% service charge is added to the bill for groups of 8 or more. It goes directly to the team working on the day.
