Dining venues unique to the neighbourhoods they call home.

Orkhestra is the through line beneath our restaurants. Not a house style, but a standard, so the trust earned at one address is waiting for you at the next. A family of restaurants with their own soul, each venue shares the same conviction: generous hospitality, serious craft and food made to be shared.

FAQ

How do I book?

Click on the circle at the right of the screen that says ‘Book a Table’ and select the venue you’d like to book at. Or you can go to any of the individual venue pages. You can book at any of our restaurants online through our website, or by calling the venue directly. You'll find booking links, phone numbers and opening hours on each venue's page.

How long is my booking?

Booking durations are listed in your confirmation email and can vary slightly. There's often another booking after yours, so we kindly ask that you vacate the table once your booking time has finished.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Our chefs are very accommodating with dietary requirements. We can easily cater for gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan and vegetarian diets. Please let us know in advance about any dietary requirements or allergies, especially if they're uncommon or life-threatening, by adding a note to your booking.

Do groups need to order a set menu?

Larger groups are asked to dine on one of our set menus. It's a great way to try a variety of our favourite dishes, and it lets you sit back, relax and enjoy your time together. When dining on a set menu, the whole table must take part. Group sizes vary by venue, so check the venue's page for details.

Why do you need my credit card details?

You may be asked for credit card details to secure your booking. They're entered into a secure platform and held until 48 hours after your booking. Your details can't be accessed, and are only used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Please let us know about any changes to your booking with plenty of notice to avoid unnecessary charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. A cancellation fee of $50 per person applies to late cancellations and no-shows, and larger groups and exclusive bookings need to give notice in writing. Notice periods vary by venue, so please check the venue's page or your booking confirmation.

Is there a service charge?

A 7% service charge is added to the bill for groups of 8 or more. It goes directly to the team working on the day.

Can I bring a pram?

Please give us as much notice as you can when dining with prams. With enough notice, we can make anything happen. Please include children and prams in your total guest numbers when booking. For example, a booking for 6 with a pram should be made for 7 people.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Access details for each venue are on its page. Please let us know in advance if you need wheelchair access, so we can make sure you, your guests and the surrounding tables are all comfortable.

Can I bring a cake?

We love celebrations! You're welcome to bring your own cake, with no charge to serve it. Just let us know in advance. We're also happy to put a candle in a dessert for the birthday guest. Some venues have limits for larger groups, so check the venue's page.

Can I bring decorations?

Small floral arrangements and place cards are welcome. Unfortunately, we can't allow balloons, glitter or confetti, and we ask that all table decorations are family friendly.

Can I bring my own wine?

All our restaurants are fully licensed with extensive drinks lists, so we don't offer BYO.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards make a great present for friends and family. They're available to buy online and are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.

Can I host an event with you?

Yes. From team dinners to weddings and full-venue takeovers, our events team can help. Contact us at events@orkhestra.com.au, or see Groups & Events for each venue's spaces.

I'm a creator. Can we work together?

Thanks so much for your interest in partnering with us! Please contact media@orkhestra.com.au and we'll be in touch.
